Cuisinart CPK-17 Electric Kettle Review

Unlike many of its rivals, CPK 17 comes with tons of innovative features which make this kettle among the most practical and user friendly models in the marketplace.
The response was that it was quickly and we didn't need to wait for over a few minutes to boil the entire load. The water shuts off automatically with a beep, when it is boiled.
Also, there are 7 presets that make life more easy if you need the water at the ideal temperature for whatever beverages you're preparing.
The presets contain French Press, Black and Delicate, Green Tea, White Tea, Oolong, Herbal and work as thought. Although this innovative feature adds to the cost, we consider it's going to be appealing for anyone who's considering preparing beverages at the temperature that is ideal.

The keep alternative that is warm is a fine add-on; it is possible to keep the water warm by just pressing the keep warm button on top of the handle, and the water will be kept by the kettle at the desired temperature for about 30 minutes. It is possible to boil the water again by pressing the start button, by using the keep warm mode.
This attribute is sometimes an actual energy-saver for those that like to drink coffee every half hour approximately or a cup of tea.
The boil dry protection and the auto-shutoff functions may also be significant pluses which make the kettle quite safe to use.
The swivel base can also be designed and keeps the cord out of the way. The dripless spout is a nice feature to have as consistently as the counters are kept by it from random splashes. The scale filter can also be not difficult to remove and replace. You replace it if needed to prevent clogging and should ensure you check it from time to time.
We've seen several users whining about scale accumulations, but we cannot since we did not run into such a scenario testify for that.
Our Cuisinart CPK-17 Review's Verdict
Firstly, this unit is somewhat expensive, so in case you'd favor an one that is more affordable, you might need to look at Bonavita. But in case you'd like a kettle that's all the bells and whistles to warrant the cost and if the cost isn't an issue, Cuisinart CPK-17 may be considered by you as an excellent choice.

Pros:
Good looking, quickly, tons of characteristics that are innovative
Disadvantages:
The cost may not be low for some
There are a lot of criticisms about scale buildup (which might or might not be the fault of the kettle)
